The Medaica Add-On Heart Exam lets you purchase additional guided telehealth exams for follow-up or ongoing heart-health monitoring. During the guided exam, you use your M1 Digital Stethoscope to record your heart sounds, which are then analyzed using AI-assisted technology. A cardiologist reviews every report before it is delivered within 2–3 days, ready to share with your physician or keep for your records.
Add-On Heart Exams are available individually or in discounted multi-exam packs, making it easy to schedule periodic exams throughout the year or purchase additional exams for family members who already have access to your Medaica M1 Digital Stethoscope.

You’ll receive a digital copy for immediate access, and you also have the option to request a printed report mailed to you for your personal records or to bring directly to your doctor.

#2 - Choose a convenient day and time for your guided telehealth heart exam with one of our Healthcare Professionals to collect your heart sounds. The heart exam is simple and will take about 10 to 15 minutes.
#3 - Receive your heart report within 2 to 3 days.
How To Prepare For Your Heart Exam
Getting ready is easy! Before your appointment, please make sure you:
✔ Use a compatible device (laptop, desktop, iPhone, iPad, or Android) with a working camera and microphone.
✔ Computer users: Use the Google Chrome browser. If you don't have Chrome, download it here.
✔ iPhone & iPad users: Download the Medaica app from the Apple App Store before your exam.
✔ Android users: Download the Medaica app from the Google Play Store before your exam.
✔ Choose a quiet room with little background noise so we can clearly record your heart sounds.
✔ Wear a thin T-shirt for easy device placement during your exam.
Your guided heart exam takes about 10–15 minutes, and one of our healthcare professionals will walk you through every step.

What If I Need To Cancel My Exam?

RETURNS:
If you need to return your Medaica device, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

WARRANTY:
The Medaica M1 digital stethoscope is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
If your device stops working during the warranty period, please contact our support team. Once we receive the defective device, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional charge.
