The Medaica Couples Home Heart Exam combines the FDA-cleared M1 Digital Stethoscope with two guided telehealth heart examinations to help two people assess their heart health from the comfort of home. During each guided telehealth exam, heart sounds are captured using the M1 digital stethoscope and analyzed using advanced AI-assisted technology to help identify potential cardiac irregularities. Every report is reviewed and verified by a cardiologist before results are delivered, ensuring clinical oversight at every step. In 2–3 days after each exam, each person will receive a detailed cardiac report that can be shared with their physician or stored for their personal health records.
Scheduling Note: Each person will need to book their own guided telehealth exam, as both exams cannot be completed during the same appointment. For your convenience, appointments can be scheduled back-to-back on the same day, subject to availability.

You’ll receive a digital copy for immediate access, and you also have the option to request a printed report mailed to you for your personal records or to bring directly to your doctor.

How Does It Work

#1 - Receive your M1 digital stethoscope in the mail.
#2 - Choose a convenient day and time for your guided telehealth heart exam with one of our Healthcare Professionals to collect your heart sounds. The heart exam is simple and will take about 10 to 15 minutes.
#3 - Receive your heart report within 2 to 3 days.
How To Prepare For Your Heart Exam
Getting ready is easy! Before your appointment, please make sure you:
✔ Use a compatible device (laptop, desktop, iPhone, iPad, or Android) with a working camera and microphone.
✔ Computer users: Use the Google Chrome browser. If you don't have Chrome, download it here.
✔ iPhone & iPad users: Download the Medaica app from the Apple App Store before your exam.
✔ Android users: Download the Medaica app from the Google Play Store before your exam.
✔ Choose a quiet room with little background noise so we can clearly record your heart sounds.
✔ Wear a thin T-shirt for easy device placement during your exam.
Your guided heart exam takes about 10–15 minutes, and one of our healthcare professionals will walk you through every step.

What If I Need To Cancel My Exam?
